Sarah ANQUETIL (ERES) : Study engineer
Holding a degree in social sciences and a master’s in « études et évaluations dans les secteurs de la santé et du social » from the University of Paris Cité, Sarah Anquetil works as a research engineer on the ADA project « Adapted physical activity coupled with a postcancer support approach ». Supervised by Fabienne El-Khoury and Gwenn Menvielle (Gustave Roussy), she oversees a qualitative study focusing on the barriers and facilitators of implementation

Collaborative and federated causal discovery in a high dimensional setting with applications to epidemiology.

Susana BARBOSA (ERES) :Postdoctoral Researcher
Association between perinatal mental health and the effects of occupational exposures in pregnant women, within the framework of the EXPRES project.

Marion BOURRELLIER (SUMO) : Research engineer
Coordination of data collection for the SISP&EaU study (Integrated surveillance in primary care and wastewaters), coordination of the Sentinelles and Grippenet/Covidnet networks at regional (PACA) and national level.

Daria BYSTROVA (CLEPIVIR) : Research engineer
Data scientist in causal inference, France Cohortes, is working on cohort studies to develop validated algorithms for patient selection in the SNDS, and to carry out emulated trials  for the evaluation of interventions.

Alexandre CHALLINE (PEPITES) : Postdoctoral Researcher
Holder of a Masters 2 in public health (comparative effectiveness research) and a PhD from the Pierre Louis ED393 doctoral school, defended in December 2022 on “Use of PMSI in the evaluation of morbidity and mortality in oeso-gastric surgery”, supervised by Pr Sandrine Katsahian (HEGP) and Pr Andrea Lazzati (Avicenne).
He also works as a digestive surgeon at Hôpital Saint Antoine.

Identifiability and optimal adjustability of total and direct effects using abstract graphs with applications to Epidemiology.

Romain MARMORAT (SUMO) : Research engineer
Project manager for the Grippenet/Covidnet network (surveillance of respiratory infections in the general population), monitoring of gastroenteritis cases in general practice, participation in the Sentinelles network animation (Occitanie region).

Jade PILATO (ERES) : Postdoctoral Researcher
ePro-Schools is a European project aiming at promoting health in schools, focusing on socially disadvantaged adolescents.
Using the data of the ELFE cohort, the o bjectives of ePro-Schools are notably to: - to identify the determinants of physical activity participation and dietary habits in adolescents from socially disadvantaged backgrounds and, - to determinate to which extent low physical activity levels and poor dietary habits are associated with poor physical and mental health in adolescents from socially disadvantaged backgrounds.
