Present on the two IPLESP sites, the ADMIN/SI team provides research teams with a local service and expertise in the fields of administration and information systems.
- monitoring of budget execution (allocations and contractual resources) ;
- purchasing management;
- setting up and monitoring of reception and recruitment;
- organization and management of business travel for staff and external guests
- dissemination of information;
- coordination of specific files (requests for resources, work, professional interviews, teleworking, etc.);
- design and implementation of management tools (dashboards, document database, vademecums, etc.);
- organization of events (general assembly, seminars, scientific advisory board...).
