The mission of the ADMIN team, in collaboration with the IPLESP's parent institutions, is to manage the Institute's resources and to support its research teams in the conduct of their activities.

Team presentation

Present on the two IPLESP sites, the ADMIN/SI team provides research teams with a local service and expertise in the fields of administration and information systems.

Expertise fields

  • monitoring of budget execution (allocations and contractual resources) ;
  • purchasing management;
  • setting up and monitoring of reception and recruitment;
  • organization and management of business travel for staff and external guests
  • dissemination of information;
  • coordination of specific files (requests for resources, work, professional interviews, teleworking, etc.);
  • design and implementation of management tools (dashboards, document database, vademecums, etc.);
  • organization of events (general assembly, seminars, scientific advisory board...).
