Project: Development of innovative methods for identifying long-term prognostic factors in patients with chronic hepatitis B and for estimating the impact of new treatments and management strategies.
The Junior Professorship project focuses on the development of innovative methods for identifying long-term prognostic factors in patients with chronic hepatitis B and for estimating the impact of new treatments and management strategies. It will use data from the Hepather (2012-2023) and Hepat-B cohorts, coordinated by IPLESP and linked to the National Health Data System.
The successful candidate will carry out analyses of this voluminous and complex data, in particular longitudinal analyses involving the emulation of trials or other causal methods for observational data, in order to understand the progression of hepatitis B, the role of treatments and long-term risks.
The profile sought is that of an epidemiologist specialized in clinical epidemiology and with an expert level in biostatistics and data science. Knowledge of the medical field is an advantage.
The competition is open (post 638) on the Galaxie platform.
